Acom provides you with direct access to qualified field service engineers, who help you to resolve technical issues with a simple phone call.

Emergency Support:

When you need to get your operations back up and running again due to malfunction or low performance, our field engineers will get the job done onsite with minimum downtime.

Maintenance Visits:

We help you to decide the optimal frequency for periodic calibration and maintenance. As part of our preventative maintenance visits, we perform an instrument check and issue a status document for your records.

Lab Repairs:

When equipment availability is less critical, we make repairs at our laboratories and return your equipment in first rate condition.
